Homes Modifications Across the Lifespan: Creating and Modifying Home Environments for Lifelong Living
Architects, occupational therapists, interior designers, builders, remodelers, realtors, social workers and community members were among the 70 people attending the recent course, "Home Modifications Across the Lifespan: Creating and Modifying Home Environments for Lifelong Living." The course was co-sponsored by the Homes for Life Coalition of Howard County and Howard Community College. Instructors were Lisa Ann Fagan, MS, OTR/L, an occupational therapist, and Jon Sanford, M. Arch., an architect and researcher, both of whom are nationally recognized for their expertise in environmental design and safety.
